Join the Academy
The Academy of Biology and Computation runs PABC. Members are its reviewers, and in return they publish and help govern the journal. Joining the academy means agreeing to review.
Conditions of membership
Members agree to:
- Submit at least 1 paper during each calendar year.
- Review at least 3 papers for each paper submitted (minimum 3 reviews per year).
Member benefits
- Ability to publish in the journal PABC.
- At launch, PABC accepts paper submissions only from members of the Academy. It is possible that in the future we will accept at large submissions at a higher APC.
Who can join
Any working researcher capable of competent peer review at the interface of biology and computation. Seniority and institutional affiliation are not requirements. If you can review well, you qualify.
How to join
Follow the submit link and authenticate to crate an account in the system. Then, submit your field and your qualifications to review from your profile page. An editor reviews every application. See Policies under review for the details on the review policy.
